Austin Arias is a leadership speaker and culture consultant based in Nashville. He’s spent 14 years running keynotes, workshops, and board retreats for campuses, companies, and nonprofits, including Indiana State, Auburn, Baldwin Wallace, PAR Technology, and Sigma Nu.
The situation
Austin is warm, funny, and easy to trust. People rave about his energy at every one of his events.
His website wasn’t matching. It had grown piece by piece on Squarespace: five bold color palettes competed on the same pages, the logo only worked on white, and the client logos were a dozen different crops in a dozen different colors.
Every piece was his, but together they felt busy. The site needed to feel like the person planners were about to put on stage.
The work
We kept everything that was already his: the logo, the blue, the pattern artwork, his photos, and his words. Then we calmed it down.
Warm cream became the canvas, navy carries the reading, and his signature blue marks the things he wants people to click. The bolder colors stayed as accents. We rebuilt the logo so it sits cleanly on any color, turned the client logos into one matching set, and kept only his sharpest photos.
The copy leans into who he is. The homepage opens with “Hi, friend! I’m Austin,” his signature sits under his bio, and a full webinar he recorded with CAMPUSPEAK lets a planner watch him work a room before booking the call.
The site runs on Framer, organized around his four audiences, and event planners got a page of their own. Austin updates programs and testimonials himself, and the color rules live in brand guidelines he can hand to anyone building his slides, social posts, or print.
