We design and build the custom apps and systems your business actually needs, from booking that pays you directly to dashboards that answer the question you keep asking. They look as good as your website, and they belong to you.
Right now somebody on your team spends Thursday afternoons copying numbers between tabs (and hates it, though they haven’t told you). Give them a tool that does it in seconds, and that afternoon goes back into work that grows the business.
Your clients feel it too. Booking and paying happen on your own site in a couple of taps, so more of them finish what they started. A tool built around your business takes the busywork off your plate, and it’s usually smaller than people expect.
Most projects start with one thing a client wished their business could do. These are the ones we build most.
Take classes, retreats, events, and donations on your own site, in your own brand. Every payment lands in your Stripe account, and the cut a booking platform used to take stays with you.
Members find each other in seconds with a directory they can search and filter, fed straight from the membership system you already use. New members show up on their own.
Turn your data into a map or chart people actually explore and share. You keep updating a spreadsheet, and the site follows along.
Hand the reconciling and reporting to a tool that does it in minutes and shows its work. Your team gets that week back every quarter.
The systems you already pay for finally talk to each other, so a new sale shows up everywhere it should without anyone retyping it.
A portal or dashboard your clients like logging into, designed to match the website it lives next to.
You get a small studio that treats your app the way we treat a website: built for the people using it, and built to last.
Most custom software looks like a spreadsheet with buttons. Ours comes from a studio that has designed 600+ websites, so your clients see your brand and your team enjoys using it.
Squarespace, Stripe, your membership tool, a Google Sheet. We build around the tools you run on today, so there’s nothing to migrate and nobody to retrain.
You know the cost before any code gets written. Then you click through a working version with your real data while changes are still cheap.
The code and accounts are in your name, with no per-user license fees. You stop renting software that almost fits and own a version that does its job.
Some for clients, some for us. Each one replaced a workaround with something people enjoy using.
Registrations and donations now run on the institute’s own site, with capacity limits and confirmation emails handled automatically. Every payment goes straight to their Stripe account instead of through a booking platform.
A searchable directory of their 700 active members, pulled live from their membership tool and placed on their Squarespace site with a single code block. New members appear without anyone lifting a finger.
A globe for the department’s international projects site, marking the 20 countries where it has worked. It turns slowly on its own, and picking a country spins it into view with that country’s projects listed alongside.
More than 400 bank and card statements, turned into a single reconciled ledger an accountant could actually work from. Every figure traces back to the page it came from.
A dream journal for iPhone, built from a web prototype into a native app with two subscription levels sold through the App Store. It’s heading into TestFlight with its first round of testers.
A two-person league with a house rule no fantasy app supports: you can never start the same player twice all season. It pulls live NFL stats every week and scores them with the league’s own custom rules.
A phone-friendly search of a personal comic collection, matched to cover art. The collector checks it while bidding on live sales, so the same issue never gets bought twice.
A dashboard that follows every client project from first mockup to launch, with leads and monthly retainers alongside. Anything stuck in a stage too long gets flagged before anyone has to ask.
The real version, workarounds included. Often the fix is smaller than the problem looked from the inside.
Exactly what it will do and what it costs, agreed before any code gets written.
A working preview you can test with real data, so changes happen while they’re cheap.
The code and accounts are in your name, with plain instructions for your team. It’s built to last, and we stay a call away.
If yours isn’t here, bring it to the call. Odd questions are welcome. Odd problems are kind of our favorite.
Usually not. Most of what we build plugs into the site you already have with a code block, so your site stays where it is and gets the one thing it was missing. If the app outgrows your platform, we’ll say so before you’ve paid for anything.
It depends on the size of the job. A directory on an existing site is a much smaller project than a booking system with payments and email. We scope it on the call and give you a fixed price before any code gets written.
You do. The code lives in a repository in your name and runs on accounts you control, so you’re never locked in to us. If you ever want to hand it to someone else, they can pick it up where we left off.
You call us. Small fixes go through an hourly support call, and if the app needs regular attention we’ll set up an ongoing plan that fits it.
Sometimes there is, and when an off-the-shelf tool does the job, we’ll tell you to buy it and save your money. We build when the existing options cost more over time or make your clients jump through hoops.
Start with a free call and tell us what you’d fix first. We’ll tell you whether building it makes sense and roughly what it takes, or point you to an existing tool if one already does the job.
