Do you work on platforms other than Squarespace?
Yes. Squarespace is one of the platforms we know deeply — it's where many clients land because it's clean, fast, and genuinely manageable after handover. But we work across platforms depending on what's right for your business. We'll figure that out together on the call.
How long does a project take?
A full build or redesign typically runs 4 weeks from kickoff to launch. The Website in a Week option is 5 business days with content provided upfront. Every project starts with a clear timeline and we hold to it — the biggest variable is how quickly feedback rounds turn around on your end.
Do I need my copy ready before we start?
Not necessarily. We can work with what you have and help shape it, or provide AI copywriting support as part of the project. What we need upfront is clarity on your goals and audience — the words flow from that. For Website in a Week, content needs to be ready at kickoff. It's always good to be prepared, though, so coming with as much as you can is welcomed and appreciated.
What happens after we launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, you can continue with our Design Subscription for ongoing work, or hire us for specific projects as needed. You also get a recorded site walkthrough so you're never stuck managing it yourself.
Do you handle SEO?
We have a package called SEO Foundations that we can provide as an add-on to your website build. By default, we include mobile optimization and page titles that are generic to your site. For more detailed and focused SEO work, we recommend our SEO Foundations package. SEO work is also handled with our Design Subscription.
How much does a website cost?
We don't publish pricing because every project is different — scope, platform, pages, and content-readiness all affect the real number.
