Business Clarity Pre-Launch Package

Not launched yet? You don’t need a website. You need the five conversations that come before one.

A full build for a business that hasn’t opened its doors is money spent on guesses. This is the version sized to where you are: five guided calls to sort out who you’re for, what you’re selling, and what the site will eventually have to do. When you’re ready to build, part of what you paid comes back as credit.

Who it’s for
Businesses in the planning stage, or open less than a year and still working out the offer.
What you get
Five 60-minute calls with Justin, notes after each one, and a one-page plan you can hand to someone at the end.
What it costs
$750 for all five calls, paid when you book the first (five single calls would run $925), with 10% credited toward a build booked within a year.
Two smaller doors

Two ways in that aren’t a full build.

The pre-launch package

$750 five calls

For businesses that haven’t launched, or opened recently and are still working out what they sell. You leave with a one-page plan and a credit toward the build.

Book the package

An hourly support call

$185 60 minutes

For established businesses that need one thing sorted: a page that isn’t converting, a platform question, a second opinion before you spend money somewhere else. If it’s a bigger job than an hour, you’ll hear that on the call, not on an invoice.

Book an hour
The five calls

One thing per call. In this order, because the order matters.

  1. Who has to say yes

The customer, what they’re comparing you against, and what they need to hear first. Most pre-launch plans describe the business. None of them describe the person deciding.

  2. The offer

What you’re selling, at what price, and how someone buys it. Most pre-launch businesses arrive with three offers and leave with one.

  3. The name, the words, the look

Enough brand to open the doors. Not a full identity system, and if you’ll need one later we’ll say so rather than sell it to you now.

  4. The tools

Booking, payments, email, the domain. What to set up this month and what to skip until it earns its keep. Nothing built to last needs all of it on day one.

  5. The plan

What the website has to do on day one, what can wait, and what it’ll cost when you’re ready. You leave with a one-page plan you can hand to anyone, including us.

When you’re ready

When you’re ready to build, you’re not starting from zero.

10% of the package comes off any website build booked within a year. The plan from call five becomes the brief, so discovery is already done and the build actually works from day one.

If you build it yourself instead, or with someone cheaper, the plan still works, no hard feelings and no drip campaign. (Is saying that a marketing tactic? A little, and it’s also true.)

The short version.

Can I book one call instead of five?

That’s the hourly support call, and it’s the right buy if you’ve already launched. The package is five because the first four calls are what make the fifth one worth anything.

I’ve been open a year. Is this still for me?

If you’re still working out the offer, yes. If the business is running and the website is what’s behind, skip this and book the free call about a build instead.

Does the credit expire?

12 months from your last call. After that you can still build with us, you just pay the full number.

What happens between calls?

You get notes within a day and one thing to do before the next call. Small things: talk to three customers, price the offer, register the domain. Nothing that needs a designer.

Start with call one.

Book the first call and the other four get scheduled on it. If after 60 minutes it’s clear you need something else, you’ll hear which door, and you decide.
