Do I need to already have a website?
Yes. Subscriptions are for maintaining and improving an existing site, not building from scratch. If you need a new site first, we can talk about that separately and move into a subscription after launch.
How do I submit requests?
Through a dedicated workspace we set up together. You describe what you need, drop in any reference links or assets, and we take it from there. No email chains, no confusion about what's in progress.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. Give us a heads-up before your next billing cycle and we'll adjust. Most clients start on Maintain or Grow and move up as their needs evolve.
What platforms do you work with?
We work primarily with Squarespace and Pagy, which covers the majority of our clients. We have some clients on Framer and Webflow as well. If you're on a different platform, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
What if I need more than my tier covers?
We'll flag it before we start. If a request is larger than your current tier, we'll give you the option to upgrade for that month or scope it differently. No surprise overages.
Is this the same as hiring a freelancer on a retainer?
Similar concept, but more structured. You get predictable scope, a clear process, and the consistency of working with the same studio over time. Not just a few hours reserved with no clear deliverable.
